Major acquisition program consisting of COTS, GOTS, and custom developed applications supporting daily operational, training, and administrative tasks for the Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS).• Provided day to day management of the six operational projects within the 425-person program.• Developed the annual strategic plan and schedule for the program.• Ensured that processes were developed for all tasks and that team members were trained to task.
