I oversee a range of contracts and projects as Program Manager, including a $508K Skillsoft program and a $5.8M contract for the Learning Management System (LMS), where I create, implement, and evaluate improvements to career development and training programs and processes, curriculum design, development, and delivery. I develop training objectives, policy, and guidelines for DCMA career fields and analyze training data and apply input to the Integrated Management System.
