      • I led the project in my region, which included building a team of medical professionals (4 nurses and one physician) to offer local medical assistance the U.S. Active duty members and their dependents when admitted in local hospitals.This was a pilot project which its success replicated to many other locations like Spain, Japan, Germany and South Korea.• My role as a country lead is to have oversight on the Near Patient Program, Beneficiary Service Representatives management and Naval Branch Bahrain non-clinical relationships to ensure the effective delivery of the TRICARE program in the Middle East and within their extended Area.• It all started by establishing a hiring process for our staff, since we don’t have a legal entity in Bahrain, I was responsible to coordinate with different stakeholders to identify a local sponsor.• Communication with the client was key so all parties understand the new service delivery model and International SOS responsibilities through the Statement of Responsibility.• This non-clinical role manages also the overall relationship with medical providers, taking the lead on education, processes and resolution of non-clinical issues.In addition to my role in Bahrain, I’m also the principal Market Manager in the Middle East region with responsibility over the relationship with U.S CENCOM bases. Show less My responsibilities as Provider Relationship Manager are enrolling, registering and managing the relationships of strategically selected host nation providers working with International SOS under TRICARE Overseas Program.Under the United State Military TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP), International SOS is contracted to provide health care support services to the Department of Defense to half million beneficiaries living overseas (Outside the United States)My area of responsibility includes Africa, Middle East and East Europe (61 countries with 74 locations). I work remotely out of Dubai office as TRICARE regional office is in London.Manage new provider partnerships including collecting key provider file information and ensure comprehensive understanding of the provider preferences for participation under the TRICARE Overseas Program. Provide ongoing provider support through issue resolution and customer service. This includes also travel to these locations on a regular basis for provider support or site assessment.Manage client relationship locally, and support them with network inquiries.
