  - Thesis: Compounding and melt blending of polymer ceramic (PEEK +AMP) for fused deposition modeling (FDM) -based 3D printing.• Engaged in extensive research and development (R&D) involving various polymers such as PEEK, ABS, Nylon, PLA, and CFR, along with ceramics.• Conducted compounding processes using planetary ball milling to achieve uniform mixtures of materials like PEEK-AMP, PLA- CFR and PEEK-CFR.• Successfully produced spools of PEEK-AMP and PEEK-CFR filaments through extrusion processes, utilizing single-screw extruders like 3Dveo and Filabot.• Generated 3D models following ASTM guidelines and manufactured standardized tensile and compression specimens using the FDM technique.• Development of dental, spinal, cranial, and orthopedic implants using CATIA V5 and conducted FEA to assess stress factors.• Utilized FDM 3D printing with proprietary filaments developed in-house to fabricate implants, resulting in 98% strength similarity with injection molded parts.• Employed Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) for comprehensive analysis of morphological, thermal, and rheological properties of the materials.
