・Responsible for hiring foreign graduates all year round, and assist each one of them with administrative related procedures. I have a track record of hiring at least 10 foreign graduates per year, exceeding the target of 5 students per year. My main tasks involve: - Researching my company's hiring needs/ job availabilities - Selection process (CV screening, holding interviews, obtaining hiring approval) - Preparing and applying for the correct working visa - Opening a bank account upon joining the company (English - Japanese language assistance) - Holding company orientation sessions upon joining the company・Responsible for processing through dedicated HR systems the personal details of new employees and interns in preparation for their employment/internship. During my employment, I have accurately processed approx. 180 employees' personal information per year. By centralizing this task to be carried out by me regardless of the recruitment channel (i.e.: new graduates, mid-career, high school graduates), it lead to a decrease in errors & mistakes and to a more standardized method of processing the data.・Managing the yearly and monthly budget of the recruitment group, I keep track of how each member spends the allocated budget (approx. 160 budget entries) and often simulate how the budget can be modified to meet the needs of the other group members. My main tasks involve: - Creating the following fiscal year's budget based on the planned vs results of the current fiscal year's budget sheet - Monthly analysis of planned budget vs results - Quarterly budget revision including budget reductions (by approx. 10%) - Processing all the invoices addressed to the recruitment group members Show less As part of the company's goal to promote diversity and inclusion (D&I), I was in charge of creating a strategic plan that would accelerate D&I in long run. The 2 most impactful points that materialized as a result of the plan where:1. Creating a dedicated group for the promotion of D&I strategies in the company2. Accelerating the recruitment of diverse members My main tasks involved: - Carrying out benchmarks of other companies on D&I strategies - Carrying out debates with related HR groups on what policy changes can be implemented to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment - Creating a strategic plan that would lead to the promotion of D&I - Researching and implement company wide D&I training (approx. 8500 employees targeted) Show less
