Performed Business Process Mapping of selected 32-OGAs and proposed ‘To Be’ processes for automation in PSW. • Worked with Government Officials, built an understanding of the PSW platform, convinced them to support the PSW initiative.• Worked with the technical team to write detailed functional design documents. Performed requirements elicitation, gathering, clarification, and analysis.• Worked with Integrated Tariff Management Consultant and Identified and eliminated un-used, duplicate, and vague HS-Codes from Customs tariff.• Assisted consultants to build Situation Analysis, E-Commerce, ITMS, Integrated Risk Management System, Port Community System, and other reports.• Coupled with Program Management Office-PMO, performed evaluations of consultants, and Developed PC-1 to acquire Government/ foreign funding.
