Established governance and validation for manual work assessing ~2200 applications annually with over 2800 performers across the Enterprise using Google Workbooks and analytics. Part of the program team accountable for delivering business and technical requirements to automate the assessments which were executed for Build Readiness in August 2023 and for Annual Certification in August 2024. ECBA Applications are those of such strategic importance for Capital One customers and regulatory compliance that their failure causes material impact to customer experience, financial stability, security and/or reputation.
