My first year, I worked for one of the top performing offices in Washington D.C. and was the top first year salesmen.The next two years I worked as a Sales Manager and recruited and trained teams of 20 sales people. Our teams worked in El Paso, Tx, and Syracuse, New York.It was one of the toughest jobs I ever had mentally, but prepared me in a way I can never repay.   Tym has been designing and installing Smart Homes, and Home Theaters for over 10 years.My background was in direct sales and marketing. I noticed early on that home owners wanted to understand the technology in their homes better; both during the design phase and after completion.I started creating Blogs and Youtube videos to to answer those questions. Over time that developed into a consulting service.We do have a service team, but unlike your traditional installation company, our primary service is design and consulting.Much like choosing an architect or designer to create your dream home, Clients come to us for consulting and design help for the tech in their homes.I helped create and now oversee the specific Design and Consultation services to help Clients design their homes.👉Consulting - Our full service design service for Luxury Homes.We're wrapping up a consulting project in Boca Raton now. We were brought on as a consultant for the USAi lighting system with Savant that gives the Client advanced lighting control in the home. The complexity of the system required us to consult with the Clients designer, architect and builder, and coordinate the installation and programming with preferred Service Partners.👉Design Service - Clients send us their home plans. Through a series of consultation calls, we provide a set of plans with a design layout, system design and budgets for system and prewire custom designed to the Client.👉Home Theater Design Service - We provide a 3D rendering of the home theater, and help design the interior and technology for your Dream Theater.👉DIY School - We created a series of ebooks, guides, checklist and digital courses to help teach you how to wire your own home, and even install your own system.
