  ASOSC is a 4-day financial mathematics short course based on the PAI exam syllabus. Responsible in ensuring the operational aspects of from pre-event to post-event from go smoothly (breakout rooms, screen sharing) Actuarial Talk Series 2&3 is a 2-day event inviting Maria Milenia, Actuarial Analyst at Manulife Indonesia and Marcellino Erlangga, Senior Executive Customer Campaign & Analytics at Prudential Life Assurance as the speakers. The event is intended as an experience sharing directed at actuarial students throughout the country. I was responsible in time-keeping and event conceptualization TO-ASK II is HIMASAKTA's second paid PAI exam try out; held online and directed at exam takers to assist in their preparation leading to the test. I was responsible in:● Optimizing and updating existing VBA codes from previous try out.● Inputting the exam problems and answer keys in our exam platform.● Sending score summary and solution sheets to exam takers using VBA based on the module they took An event directed at freshmen, introducing them to scientific paper for PKM (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa). I was responsible in making pre-test and post-test questions as well as screen sharing the needed media

  Responsible in monitoring the technical aspect during the event (screen sharing, breakout room, participant admission, screen recording) and the publishment of the event recording. Responsible in monitoring and quality checking the event poster and media design to ensure accordance with our grand theme In this role i was reponsible for the following tasks:● Designed an interactive tic-tac-toe game to be used in one of the main event.● Assisted in monitoring the input of olympiad questions and scoring system in our platform.● Debugged the VBA used for email sending. Responsible in monitoring and quality checking the event poster and media design to ensure accordance with our grand theme. Led a team of 15 for a work program aiming to guide freshmen in comprehending the professionalism and certifications of an actuary. Reached the highest KPI among the Scientific and Professionalism Department events as the first offline work programme post-COVID Responsible in ensuring the technical aspect of the event go smoothly (screen sharing, breakout room, online platform). Responsible in monitoring and quality checking the event poster and media design to ensure accordance with our grand theme. Responsible for assisting the staffs in understanding our VBA logic (email sending, score summary, and participant sorting) and checking their work to ensure no mistake is done.
