  Worked with a Major Technology Client for their Partner business function on multiple analytics use cases, some of which are:1. Sales Motion Reporting - Catered to queries of Renewal managers and Service Sellers related to their bookings by deep diving into multiple bookings and contract DBs, analyzing their data to determine if it’s a NEW booking or a RENEWAL Booking.2. Usage Analysis - Built a custom dashboard providing visualization and reporting on how a partner-facing tool is being utilized by partners. Added multiple analysis layers to visualization to enable execs in deriving insights3. Partner Scoring - Implemented a simple RFM model to help prioritize in a business scenario which had too many partners servicing a single customer. The scoring output helped identify partners to drive specific partner programs.4. Digital Dossier - Created an interface in PowerBI to summarize customer details, on a digital platform, thereby enabling partners to get a brief insight into the customer's interaction with the client which in turn allows them to drive the business conversation better.
