  Kernow Coatings LTD is a world class manufacturing company. we have produced materials which have had the opportunity to be used on space walk missions around the international space station. getting the opportunity to lead the engineering department has been an awesome experience so far, the growing team of highly skilled maintenance engineers are exceptional at what they do. keeping our highly technical bespoke Coating and converting machines running is a monumental task. everyone plays a key role in the life cycle here and leading them at the front and watching them grow has been very rewarding. The company has been extremely supportive and has helped me gain a third qualifed trade in electrical engineering. I then took this a step further and gained a plethora of highly skilled and very challenging Comp-Ex courses. this has allowed me to really dive into the issues which Kernow Coatings has faced. getting support and feeling appreciated for your efforts is always a good feeling and the Directors have provided loads of this. Everyday is a new challenge and an exciting adventure and a chance to get better at what you do for a living. looking forward to many busy years ahead. Show less
