  Code Ninjas is one of the largest and fast-growing coding franchises. At Code Ninjas, kids aged 8-14 learn coding skills that can prepare them for challenging Computer Science projects. Overall, Code Ninjas helps transforms the lives of several young and talented coders.As a Student Instructor at Code Ninjas, I have done the following activities (as a virtual employee)- Conducted Zoom sessions every week where I coordinate with other Student Instructors to teach other kids- Learnt the curriculums that Code Ninjas uses to teach kids- Taught essential coding skills to kids using Code Ninjas curriculums (these include Scratch, JavaScript, Lua, C#, Python) - Offered virtual support to students using a Discord Community Server- Participate in Code Ninjas Enhancement Camps (Coding Bootcamps, Robotics camp)- Helped market Code Ninjas to other schools.Besides continuing my role as a Student Instructor, as an Assistant Center Director/Lead Sensei, I also manage parent interactions (attending phone calls, answering emails, and communicating with the parents about the program) and assist the manager in making critical decisions for the center (recruiting, marketing, team scheduling).Accomplishments:- Received excellent reviews from customers, employees, and managers. Being a Marketing Project Manager, I had done the following activities to promote Green Acres Pet Ranch to other customers:- Organized/planned the ideas to promote Green Acres Pet Ranch. Was in constant touch with the owner and the team and had discussions on a common basis.- Designed a brand new logo for Green Acres Pet Ranch using Canva.- Used Wix.com to create a brand-new website.- Promoted Green Acres Pet Ranch on various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, etc.- Created a platform to organize all the Green Acres Pet Ranch appointments.
