I also get involved with the estimation and bid writing components of a bid to ensure all functional inputs are captured in the process.

  As an English Teacher I'm responsible for students' English learning from the 3rd to 6th grade across two elementary schools in Busan, South Korea. This involves preparing lesson plans, lesson materials, and conducting lessons in an engaging manner to improve students' listening, reading, writing, and speaking abilities.In this role I've been able to delve into my creative side, developing holiday programmes for students with various themes such as superheroes and detectives. These programmes proved themselves rather successful with student applications increasing each semester.It has been a rewarding experience getting to see the students' confidence grow with their own language skills and getting to connect more with them as those language barriers have been brought down.
