  I worked in the early phases of development of medical devices, where I developed new device concepts for users with diabetes.My responsibilities varied along the different phases of the project, starting with concept development from the early hand sketches and brainstorming to CAD modeling with CREO Parametric and part design. Other major responsibilities were prototyping models in plastic, coordination and planning of experiments, design of test equipment for explorative testing, test execution and analysis of data. Technical Analysis: optimization of components and processes to increase device robustness for scale-up manufacture; including structural analysis, tolerance analysis & GPS, kinematics, materials selection, DFM & DFA evaluation for high volume production.I also developed strong knowledge regarding closure integrity and e-beam radiation sterilization process and validation.I have been acknowledged for my pragmatic approach and go-do attitude when finding new solutions, my structured work skills and high quality of deliverables.
