Improvement and solutions for a better and easier reception of Bonfiglioli products by customers such as CNH and VESTAS, on their production lines.. New adaptable packages development for all types of pinion shafts used in the wind line production. Development for internal use and sending/receiving of material by the supplier, increasing the quality of the reception of these parts and avoiding damages. . Chrono-Analysis through videos in all assembly, painting and packaging processes of all wind power line manufactured models, with time and space optimization main focus, continuous improvement in cost reduction and increase in ergonomics, safety and NR12 of machines.. Manage and update when necessary, all work and processes instructions, components, drawings, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), cycle times and chronoanalysis recording videos, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), among others.. GAMESA Project: working together with the Italian P.E.D (Process Engineering Department), BdB customer service and quality departments for the production of a new gearbox model.Development of all new devices, PFMEA, assembly and work instructions for the entire production line, summarized in: Material Separation - Line Supply - Assembly (with safety devices)- Tests - Traceability - Internal/External assembled gearbox washing - Painting and Oven steps - Finished product control - Packaging.
