  1. Improved user guide's information architecture using the Diátaxis documentation framework. This makes it easier for users to find what they need, navigate through content, and understand the relationships between different sections of the documentation.2. Researched and analyzed different style guide options, influenced the adoption of the chosen guide, and thereby improved the consistency of documentation.3. Conducted content gap analysis and user analysis to improve user guides.4. Audited and improved the existing Wagtail Getting Started tutorial.5. Created tutorials for new users to build their own deployable Wagtail website using the newest version of Wagtail.6. Worked with the Wagtail community organizers to adapt onboarding tutorials for open-source beginners, to support programs and workshops like Google Summer of Code, Google Season of Docs, Outreachy, and Coders of Colour.7. Improved the usability of the Getting Started guide of the developer documentation, resulting in an easier new user onboarding process and positive user feedback. The existing guide was underwhelming and there was a need to provide more context for users unfamiliar with Django.8. Collaborated with the Developer Relations team to identify the best opportunities to share the tutorials with the Wagtail community at events.9.
