I am the one sent out to train staff and help implement the Smartender into its new home. We just introduced our Fariway Tender as well which is our technology on the back of a beverage cart.   I am responsible for the day to day Food and Beverage Operations at Mountain Meadows Golf Course. We have a beautiful 4500 square foot banquet room that can hold up to 320 people were we hold weddings, birthday parties and corporate gatherings on a very regular basis. Along with our banquet room, we have a wonderful patio that overlooks the golf course and a gazebo that we utilize to hold on site wedding ceremonies. Both the patio and the ceremony site are slated for a remodel this year so I am busy with assisting the General Manager on the planning and remodeling of the areas. Another area I oversee which is also going to be remodeled is our bar and grill. We are looking at adding a sports bar feel to the area in order to better accommodate our golfers, as well as draw outside revenue from the many homes that surround the club and from visitors to Bonelli Park which is located right next door.
