  Leading the “Design Authority” team for entire BSS products stack like CRM, UPC, BRM, OCS, PCRF, WOM and Digital Engagement Platform. Having primary responsibility of owning design for all the changes being done across the entire BSS product stack.Accountable for functional and technical designs of entire BSS stack for two of most important project in STL history. Both are BSS transformation projects that has already gone live recently, the first European customer of STL and large African CSP with millions of customer.Delivering FSD, HLD, Database design before start of every new sprint. Ensuring right alignment of product development team with the business requirement and design.Validating the compliance filled by pre-sales team for all the new opportunities and actively supporting pre-sales team by filling up the compliance wherever more clarification is required. Support pre-sales team for doing demo to the potential customer during opportunity stage. Design and execute POC if potential customer has asked for a specific use case.Lead the design of TmForum Open API adaptation and helped in reaching from 0 to 13 TMForum Open API certification. From entire STL Software vertical, I along with one more colleague were selected to participate in a unique training program on “Agility and Innovation” for all most 6 months having trainers from Europe. The training was designed to bring out the creativity, design thinking, and reverse brainstorming with more than 100 practical tools.Responsible for creating Hardware BoQ (cloud base or on-prem deployment) of majority of BSS products during pre-sales stage. Helping pre-sales team to arrive at right set of physical servers which can result in win-win situation for both sales and delivery team. Today entire BSS stack uses this dNotificationManager for all types of internal or external notification via email, sms, push notification.Lead the performance improvement program for Billing and OCS product to make them ready for Tier-1 market. Scaled the product to deliver 20x TPS and tested the entire products suits on AWS.Actively participated in journey of being cloud ready with Auto-scaling and Self-healing capability. Helped products getting compatible with K8S, Istio, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Docker.Lead the design to implement the 3GPP base Diameter Sy Interface between PCRF and OCS which helped in delivering throttling product plans when balance is managed with in OCS.
