  ● Implemented VSM (Value stream mapping) for comprehensive analysis and visualization of material flow across various departments, enhancing process understanding and efficiency.● Enhanced operational efficiency by implementing process flow diagrams and charts, optimizing workflow transparency and effectiveness.● Detected and eliminated muda across various departments utilizing Lean methodologies including 5S, 5 Whys, Poka-Yoke, and Kaizen, thereby enhancing process flow efficiency.● Through VSM analysis, the kitting area was pinpointed as a process bottleneck. To mitigate this, I engineered a 4-Kanban cart system, enhancing the fluidity of materials flow across departments.● A time study was conducted on the assembly cell area to identify and eliminate transportation and motion muda.
