  Beata Heymann, founder of Breath Circle and Lecturer with Australian Yoga Academy, has created a beautiful breath, movement and mindfulness programme for those who work and teach youths. Beata specialises in teaching mindful-breathing programmes in schools and in creating programmes that are sensitive to children who are at-risk.   Breath Circle is a health and wellbeing organisation, teaching mindful breathing in workplaces and schools to support emotional regulation and mental health. We work to empower people to use mindful breathing as a tool for self regulating emotions and building resilience. We guide people to connect to and experience the power and depth of their breath to understand how breathing affects emotions, energy levels and focus.Our workshops are interactive with a balance of practical exercises and information, including mindful breathing techniques, movement and sound.
