Driving risk based thinking startegy for improving the process efficiency of all QMS processes through health check audit and QMS internal audits in 2 different sites and Working with India Area Business Office leadership team to deploy the global intiatives in all three plants, are among the key deliverables of my role. It includes responsibilities of certification of ISO9001/IATF 16949 for all 3 plants of Tata Cummins and its sustenance through out the year, by managing QMS internal audits for all 3 plants, engaging people for desired trainings for competency development.
