Prior to the establishment of our organization, ran a division of a home building operation as VP/Division Manager that procured land, subdivided, developed and built up to 125 homes per year. In 1989 I founded The Pinnacle Real Estate Company, Inc. This year we celebrated our 25th anniversary at the Pinnacle. We are a full service residential real estate company with a unique set of services to assist those interested in buying and selling their personal residence. Additionally we provide a full range of sales and marketing services to the general public and home building industry throughout Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania since I started the company in 1989. We also provide consultation services that include lot search, land feasibility and procurement for subdivision purposes, and full architectural plan design both custom and production.   Founder

  In the Fall of 2014 Manor Ventures was founded. We acquire residential property both improved and unimproved restoring and creating beautiful homes for families throughout Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania. Most importantly, our company has a social mission in that the labor we utilize to accomplish our renovations to the greatest extent possible comes from individuals recovering from various forms of alcohol and substance abuse.
