This means making sure that product is where it is to be and to moved to where and how it is moved in the proper manner. The business impact this holds over the store is that of variance. This can lead to our store being in a bad spot if left unchecked.Policy management: Making sure that employees are up to date on new polices and what they effect. This can effect the store in lose of revenue and not need use of or appeasement budget.Maintenance of Equipment: Maintenance of the store equipment from radios and MPOSs to devices out and about the store like Surfaces used by the employees.Listener: Listening to employees when they need to vent at work and would like it to stay confidential.
