      My core function as a contact centre solution architect is to translate the customer's contact centre and unified communication business requirements into a technical product and professional services solution. The solution will include an architectural design and specification of the hardware, OS, DataBase, application licenses, data network etc. required to support the functionality desired from the contact centre and/or unified communication solution. Finally and most importantly the solution architect will assist the account managers in presenting and discussing the proposed solution with the customer and explain how the proposed solution meets the stated business requirements.
