  Back in January I joined the NCSU Student Homelessness Committee and helped with developing the program for Host Homes as part of NCSU's project to end student homelessness for the ~10% of students that are homeless at some point during the year. I've experienced homelessness and housing insecurity throughout my life, so when a chance came up to do something about it to make sure other students don't have these problems, I got myself involved.
