In term of 2011.10 to 2013.03, implement 5S management in assembly, total 15 production lines become self-improvement line on 5S mangement from no 5S awareness in every operators’ mind, the 5S situation of ASSEMBLY scene is transformation than no 5S implement before. In term of 2012.03 to 2014.05, lead Kaizen team and push the special projects quality improvement such as reducing scraps and reworking cost for C97HL, 0D8HL, 0E8 HSML and 0D7FCL series of products.
