   Implemented Network forecasting analysis for traffic (Data & Voice) / utilization (PRB & CCE) using machine learning. Conducted market analysis to improve Network solution and strategy planning. Collaborated with the NTRA Technical team to ensure compliance with regulations and restrictions. This involved sharing network data and conducting live network audits. Developed network expansions solutions including (New Antenna solutions [Bi-beam, Penta beam, FDD MM... etc], New band request, and new sector or site plan). Determined year-over-year traffic growth rates per cell to forecast future expected traffic. This analysis prioritized network site acquisition by identifying sites with the highest projected traffic to maximize site ROI. Using WTTX tool to forecast FWA subscriber capacity per cell configuration per Internet Speed ranges, MBB consumption patterns, spectrum efficiency, and capacity constraints. Developed analytical models to quantify suppressed traffic and wasted traffic due to high utilized or down sites/cells. These insights used for prioritization of physical site maintenance and actions. Managed Network software licensing from requesting and tracking to ensure optimal utilization and cost-efficiency. Performed and tracked Budget Plan and PO creation and its consumptions and expiration. Automated dashboards and performance daily mails using SQL, python, and Power BI / Tableau which improve time and resources consumption. Monitor server infrastructure and CDR (Call Detail Records) collection to support automated dashboards operations. Enhanced vendor (Huawei / Nokia) management processes to maintain smooth daily workflow and reducing wasting time and resources. Implemented robust audit procedures to ensure Vendor compliance and mitigate risks. Led and motivated a team of 8 engineers to increased productivity and maximize the team output.
