      • I am responsible for the governance and reporting for the PFFC Value Stream by organising committee meetings, producing Confluence dashboards, distributing materials and extracting data from CMT to produce compliance reports in line with the Group Change Policy. • I actively manage the relationship with key stakeholders across the PFFC Value Stream to ensure the correct data and content is reported in our key governance meetings to our senior stakeholders and leadership team. • I carry out coaching sessions on Agile methodologies and the Confluence /JIRA tools, which has both educated and built capability within the PFFC delivery team and across other Value Streams which has promoted a collaborative culture.• I am responsible for the monitoring and controlling of Value Stream level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies to help identify inconsistency's and feeding back to the relevant Business Manager. Through monitoring the compliance across the Value Stream I ensure that we remain compliant in line with the ORAMS measures.• I am the Change Management Toolkit Champion for the PFFC Value Stream which involves supporting any issues using the tool, creating profiles for new starts and general project deliverable questions in line with the Group Change Policy.• I actively communicate my learning's and experiences in our Value Stream weekly blog on Hive to collaborate with my wider team.• As a Behavioural Experiments Champion I have led a team of colleagues on the Behavioural Experiments journey. We actively implement small changes in our ways of working and have seen significant impacts. Learning's and successes are shared with the wider team to bring colleagues along on the journey.
