      Artist-Researcher

Artist-Researcher exploring decoloniality, history, and identity through a framework of Indisch (ont)zwijgen. I combine decolonial and historical research, taking embodied knowledge as a starting point. Creative means are my tool to express my activism and research through which I always looks for new ways to work towards collective liberation. I also explore decolonial practices of cultural and artistic institutions, especially those with a direct colonial history, such as ethnographic/anthropological museums. -------------JUNE 2024 (ongoing) | HUMANITY IN ACTION fellowship programme - Amsterdam, NetherlandsReclaiming Narratives: Where History and Activism Meet to Pave the Future---------JUNE 2024 | Decolonial Summer School 2024 (public programme)---------MAY 2024 | UNIDEE RESIDENCY PROGRAMME residency - Biella, ItalyTodas Las Aguas Son Del Agua / All Waters Belong to WaterCurator: Chiara Cartuccia, guides: Mafe Moscoso, Claudia Delso, Lizette Nin and Diego Posada Gómez.---------IMMA RESIDENCY01-2023 - 05-2023From January until May 2023 I participated in a (collaborative) residency at the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA) cumulating in the Alien Embodiment project, presented on the 13th May 2023.
