      Winner (Team), Culture of Health Prize Robert Wood Johnson Foundation 2014 Partnered with community-based colleagues to write the grant for the prize, which awarded $25K to the Partnership For A Healthy Durham, managed by the Durham County Department of Public Health. Coordinated between Durham County and Washington, DC, team to plan visit to RWJF Culture of Health Prize communities.
