  Mission: I was responsible for industrial IT solutions (32 plants, 10 countries), including industrial IT infrastructure, roadmap, project deployment and maintenance. Annual budget of 5 million euros. Directed a team of 4 internal people, a functional team of 13 people in 6 countries, and more than 25 offshore and onshore consultants.- Led the development and deployment of the manufacturing execution system (MES). Result: Development of a core model for all 32 glass packaging plants, with a strategy of constant evolution. The solution was implemented in 5/32 plants, replacing obsolete systems.- Led the development of 80 communication drivers for 130 glass packaging production machines to have one communication protocol (OPC-UA) and one data model per machine type. Result: Increased security and reliability of data exchange between machines and MES, with a significant reduction in development work on MES to integrate data.- Led the deployment team for the AVEVA PI and LIMS solution, storage of over 50,000 tags and a history of over 15 years, interfacing with BI tools (Qlik). Responsible for change in the development of dashboards, giving more autonomy to the business. Result: 4 dashboards created by the business in the PI VISION solution, standardized for all plants. Integration of 10 years of historical energy data from all plants, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions.- Responsible for the SAP PM development and deployment team, with integration thanks to external tools and a mobile application for managing spare parts. Result: Better control of maintenance costs and resource management.- Responsible for an external team that developed and deployed a mobile web-based warehouse management system based on RFID and barcodes, integrated with SAP EWM. Result: More reliable pallet deliveries. Show less Mission: I was responsible for the industrial IT systems and the corporate industrial IT infrastructure of 5 plants and 1 head office in 3 countries: Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. Annual budget of 1 million euros. Directed a team of 3, and a functional team of 10.- Together with the industrial management, I led the implementation of MES, collecting real-time glass packaging production data from 4 plants in Brazil. Result: The plants gained between 1 and 2% in efficiency.- Under the direction of local and external teams, over 30 servers were migrated to the cloud (Amazon) or to cloud solutions such as Office 365 and SAAS. All on-site industrial servers were upgraded. Result: 99% system availability guaranteed for users. Significant reduction in CAPEX and 15% reduction in OPEX.- Together with the glass chemistry laboratory team, I implemented the LIMS (myLIMS) with the integration of equipment to send data automatically to the system. Result: Better control over samples with barcode printing and more reliable data, reduced data integration errors, and reduced report preparation times.- Participation in two Greenfields to manage the implementation of the IT infrastructure.- Led the restoration of more than 30 servers after a cyberattack (Notpetya - 2017) in 3 countries and coordinated the restructuring of Microsoft AD for LATAM in collaboration with the central IT team in France. - Involved in restructuring the IT team and infrastructure during the carve-out between Saint-Gobain and Verallia. Show less Mission: Deploy the CAD CREO (Pro Engineer) and PDMLink systems for the glass packaging and molds design department.- In collaboration with the bottle and mold design team, I led the development of a methodology to bring greater precision to the projects using a 3D modeling automation process. Result: 15% of reduction in the project duration and prevention of machining errors by the mold supplier. - With CAD, the PDMLink system was implemented to manage the product lifecycle and project versions. Result: designers were able to reuse previously developed models to create a new one easily. Show less
