  I offer reference, programming, and library services to youth of all ages, including story times several times a week, STEM-related programming, and teen programming. I have been managing the teen volunteer program at my branch since Spring 2017, and I sit on the Teen Steering Committee. My focus areas are: providing bilingual programs and services (in English and Spanish), facilitating a youth-led teen program, connecting with the neighborhood (schools, residents, other service providers) as much as possible, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. My current goals are to infuse tech and maker projects into programming for older children and teens (an underserved group at my branch), and incorporating more feedback from library users into decision-making around programming and other library services.
