In his previous roles, Manas excelled at PwC India and AXIS Bank Ltd., showcasing remarkable leadership and strategic prowess. During his impressive 14-year tenure at PwC, he ascended to a Director position, a testament to his exceptional skills and contributions. As one of the early members of the eGovernment Advisory practice in the Eastern region, he played a pivotal role in driving significant growth for PwC in this sector, covering not only India but also Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh. As a key member of the East eGovernance leadership team, Manas spearheaded numerous practice-level initiatives that contributed to the hyper-growth of PwC in the region. His expertise encompasses a wide array of skills and sectors, including policy formulation, program management, business planning, Business Process Reengineering, Technology led Transformation and more. Throughout his career, Manas has delivered complex consulting engagements with the Government clients, managed substantial client relationships, led large multi-disciplinary teams, and played a crucial role in revenue and P&L management for the practice in the region. His leadership has been instrumental in building and leading high-performing teams, successfully solving complex business problems in the Digital Government space, and securing and retaining large marquee clients in the region for the practice.
