Raised 2.250.000 DKK in soft funding and part of raising 4.000.000 DKK through private investors.Initiated and orchestrated three pilot projects with Danish hospitals to validate the accuracy of the intelligent insoles on human subjects.

  I am a part of the Transformation Stream in Sofigate working with Project- and Change Management, where I work as an IT Project Manager on a global Travel & Expense system roll-out. What I have achieved as a part of our project:Managing Finance (Travel & Expense) project from first roll-out in Denmark and India to world-wide roll-out in +30 countries.Managing the full implementation process with ERP integrations (Oracle and Epicor) as well as designing unique semi-automatic solutions against a wide variety of ERPs. Extended Project team of +15 people in Denmark & India and facilitating and maintaining contact with local business units.Delivering roll-outs on time with minimal burn-in incidents with full responsibility for the budget (15 MDKK in 2.5 year) whilst shortening the project by six months through process optimizations.
