  Conceptualised and marketed asset products at Citibank. This involved implementing tracking systems for branches and rolling out mass advertising programmes to media platforms, with one effort raising S$100 million in 3 months. At UOB Private Banking, I managed investment and corporate relationships for high net-worth clients, while at Correspondent Banking, I was responsible for reviewing 250 European banking relationships across 15 countries.

  Responsible for service/ product development and public relations activities of the Group providing preschool and enrichment programmes for children 8 months to 14 years. By collaborating with the curriculum and operations teams, we launched the Little Skool-House franchise programme that is widely known today. I was subsequently seconded to subsidiaries for eLearning and knowledge management IT projects between 2000 - 2002.
