      ▪With Capital & Core resources, held the overall responsibility for all planning, coordination, integration and execution of all design and construction facility projects at Network Stations on Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor.▪Responsible for all project management functions including: design, review resource planning, implementation, cost control, reports and closeout with respect to construction of station buildings, platforms, vertical transportation, signage, and all other related appurtenances on Amtrak-owned property or property owned by other railroads within the project limits.▪Developed and fostered interpersonal relationships and provided guidance, direction and support to contractors and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of Amtrak resources, such that all financial and schedule aspects of assigned projects are properly managed and controlled.▪Ensured effective utilization of Amtrak Program Management staff and force account labor to accomplish project goals and directives.▪Responsible for the implementation of technical standards, policies, and procedures related to specificdisciplines throughout all design and construction phases.
