   Assist in the monitoring and troubleshooting of building equipment such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, including fire system, Elevators, and other building related equipment Carry out daily BOH and FOH rounds, ensuring the building is in good order, noting any defects and raising the defects Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets. Develops a DLP management plan and process for the assigned projects for managing the works during DLP. With the assistance of the Facility Manager, co-ordinates with the client, client's contractor and consultant to agree upon the plan and process developed for implementation Assesses warranty details with the suppliers under the DLP to identify and monitor defects that are to be covered under the warranty clauses. Inspects individual cases (defects) to validate whether they fall under the warranty and liaising with the contractors/equipment manufacturers to resolve any disputes with regards to their obligation. Coordinate with the equipment manufacturers and project contractor’s eliminations of any observed defects. May personally supervise removal of defects to ensure that contractors/ vendors fully meet their obligations. Leads DLP completion inspection to ensure that all defects have been identified and removed. Facilitates of payment releases approval to the contractors in case any payments are withheld for the DLP. Provides inputs on preventive maintenance plans during the DLP to ensure that all critical defects are identified.
