Worked on a Dell Medical AI interface to evaluate the efficiency of cancer treatment protocols, developing the front-end application in R hosted on AWS. I assisted the Data Science team in training machine learning models to analyze tumor size changes based on treatment protocols. This project was presented to the UAE government and is now in production in collaboration with the University of Limerick in Ireland. As an evolution of the User eXperience Portal, I created the Executive Experience Portal, focusing on enabling Dell’s Executive Support Team to adopt a proactive approach. Built with PHP, JavaScript, and HTML, the portal leveraged a Scikit-Learn Random Forest Classifier to calculate health scores by aggregating metrics, significantly improving executive support efficiency.I pitched and led the development of the Empulse survey platform to address the IT department’s software expenditure. The custom platform replaced multiple existing survey tools, leveraging a Large Language Model for survey creation and real-time sentiment analysis using NLTK. Built in React, it provided advanced live results, reducing annual software spend by $120,000 for the IT Pulse team.Collaborated on front-end development for a software management portal to optimize departmental software licensing and aims to reduce software license spend. Co-developed the UserInfo tool to centralize all available team member account and device data, providing actionable insights to IT support, and is accessed thousands of times per week.Selected for Dell’s prestigious IT Masters Program, receiving corporate sponsorship for an MSc in Artificial Intelligence. As part of the program, I mentored recent graduates, guiding them through corporate adaptation, interview preparation, and professional growth. Show less Moved from a temporary contract to a permanent role in Dell the IT graduate program (ITDP). Here I organized events with my fellow graduates and participated in mentorship programs with interns and college students.Began work on the Voice of the Team Member dashboard, which aimed to give a detailed overview of my department's various initiatives to the leadership team in one place. This was built with a PHP backend, MySQL database, and HTML and JavaScript frontend. I created PHP API’s to fetch and sanitize data from a variety of sources across our department's infrastructure. I wrote powershell scripts to move data from other sources to my own database with a defined frequency. With another developer, I worked on a Hall of Fame application for my department, which leveraged HR data to create a portal for our team members to celebrate their service milestones, inspire awards and other recognition methods. This was built in PHP, Javascript and HTML.- Worked as a solo developer on an application I called the User eXperience Portal (UXP). The goal of this was to create a portal for our IT support team members to proactively work on fixing common issues and overall reduce IT incidents. This fetched data from various sources and created a page where common ticket causes related to a specific team members account and device health could be viewed (Device, password and RSA token expiry, Windows version, current open tickets, corporate phone model and iOS/Android version) etc. Show less
