  During this time I got two major roles: - Head of Salesforce in Capgemini Portugal: I was responsible for hiring and staffing new members for the team as well ensuring training and certification. Working as mentor in different domains (management, software development, software architecture, leadership). I was also directly overseeing several projects with different domains and industries worth >2M€. - Salesforce CTO for the European Cluster: I was named the Salesforce CTO for a group of countries in Europe. Being part of the European Salesforce COE improved collaboration with the other CTOs in Europe and we built several accelerators and assets for our projects. We also ensured better collaboration to surpass critical technical problems in projects.My work as a Salesforce Architect continued. I had a great focus on the international market, helping customers to build better salesforce solutions but also improving the efficiency of their teams by enhancing the governance model but also picking the right tools to support it. Show less I continued my technical career but during this year I got my first big project as a salesforce architect and tech lead. I managed a team of 10 and worked as an architect for a big international company with multi-country rollout. We used Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and much customization on top of the standard features.Besides my work on projects, my tasks intensified. I started to be involved in several pre-sales activities building solutions, estimations, and working on the delivery methodology for new projects. I also continued to work as a facilitator and improved the academies that were being done by young graduates at Capgemini, several times a year. Show less In 2015 I started my Salesforce career at Capgemini, in this years I worked mainly as a developer working in different international customers, from which those were the most challenging: - Major Worlide Telco: I worked as a developer but also a technical analyst, I was responsible for transcribing the business requirements into technical specifications and get the approval from the Architect. After the approval I had to develop the features using Apex, Configuration, Visualforce, SOQL and other technologies. This project was focused on Sales Cloud with a multi country approach. - Major Finantial Institution: I was responsible for developing new features and fixing bugs. Technologies used were SOQL, APEX, Visualforce, REST, SOAP with Salesforce Sales Cloud - Major German Chemical Group: In this customer we were developing a custom mobile application for field service using Angular, this app was integrated with a Salesforce environment. I worked with Angular, Apex, REST and salesforce configuration toolsDuring my first years at Capgemini I also had the chance to work as a Facilitator for the Capgemini group. Together with some colleagues we built a3 week Salesforce Bootcamp to train new graduates or to re-skill experienced people. This was an international program and I did this training in several places like India, France, UK, USA, Germany and Portugal.During this time I also start my journey as a Salesforce Architect, working in some small Service and Sales Cloud customers from which I was doing integration design, DevOps design, solution design and also guiding teams of developers.   I continued my two roles as Head of Salesforce and Salesforce CTO with a greater focus on management and leadership, my work in pre-sales was intensified, acting as solution lead of several M€ deals.My responsibilities as portfolio manager continued, I’m currently responsible for a large set of projects and teams with national and international focus delivering in different commercial models (time and materials or fixed price) and governance models (Agile – SCRUM , Agile Kanban, Agile at Scale, Waterfall).I also started a new position as DCX Delivery head, responsible for ensuring successful on-time, on-budget and within/above customer expectations projects.
