Experience in machined parts (Output housing, input housing, adaptors, input rod, etc.), plastic parts (Reservoir, Cap, Filter, etc.), aluminum castings (Input housing, etc.), sheet metal (Heat protection shield, mounting brackets, etc.) & rubber components (grommet, seals, etc.).3. Validating reservoir-related float, volume & tilt angle calculations.4. Design validation of reservoir using Ansys structural analysis by satisfying designed pressure target.5. IBC unit tolerance plan creation in Excel and scenes in a 3D model for static and dynamic parts.6. Preparing the detailed manufacturing drawing by defining GD&T for each individual component, assemblies, and sub-assemblies as per ZF or OEM standards.7. Complete design & concept validations as per ZF, OEM & supplier standards.8. Product structure creation in windchill along with change request management & execution of deviation request for the supplier.9. Test fixture design according to test specifications and requirements.10. Coordinating with client engineers, managers, and chief engineer for solving the technical issues, input data analysis & validation, delivery planning, work allocation & monitoring of the team to meet all project and programs milestones.11. Data migration of Veoneer IBC (1- box electronic brake system) from Enovia to Windchill.12. Exposure to VAVE: Competitor’s product analysis, benchmarking & tear-down analysis.
