       Overall responsible for coordinating with donor agencies like UNICEF, CRS, FIND YOUR FEET, CORE, DASRA, and NABARD etc. Formulated project monitoring strategy to be adopted at head office level for all ongoing projects of the organization and Pilot testing of monitoring tools and analysis.       I worked in IntraHealth International Inc. as Assistant District Coordinator with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded Manthan project.The Manthan Project (Maternal and Neonatal health project) is working with the government of UP, which supports the Maternal and Newborn Health (MNH) program under the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) to reduce maternal and newborn mortality in Uttar Pradesh.Role and Responsibilities:-  To assist the district health officials by mapping the existing public and private facilities and infrastructure. This includes the availability of health workforce to be used in providing inputs for the district action plan and assistance for innovative activities in the National Rural Health Mission. To provide support on evidence based MNH interventions planning at district level and establish the implementation mechanism to systematically assess the achievement of result. Provide continued technical support for effective management of the project and establish strong partnership and liaisoning at block and district level.  Being nodal person of the ICT based key activity named mSakhi, played key role in implementation and demonstration process of the intervention. Responsible for providing technical support to the field based health staff by building their capacity through different trainings and workshops. This includes designing & preparing training modules. To build the capacity of ANM/staff Nurses/Lady health visitors in SBA and Medical officer in Basic Emergency Obstetric and new born corner. Prepare reports, documents and presentations for the purpose of the project and submit narrative reports in the prescribed format.
