  I was the senior enlisted member of a battery numbering approximately 100 Soldiers; I was responsible for Soldier training and the development of all Soldiers, including over 20 Non-Commissioned Officers and 4 Commissioned Officers; I developed and executed the battery defense plan; coordinated all administrative and logistical support to include sustainment, healthcare, mail, maintenance and evacuation of personnel and equipment; I was responsible for over $400,000 in vehicles and equipment. I deployed to Kuwait and Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn, providing freedom of movement, continuity of operations, and logistical support for the Iraq and Kuwait areas of operation. Show less
