  CAREER HIGHLIGHTS• Implemented various mitigation methods in Land and Sea transportation of complex modules for avoiding retrofitting due to dynamic parameters/philosophies of Module logistics on a large scale project such as TCO (Tengizchevroil). Published these methodologies in a technical paper for ISSC (Indian Structural Steel Conference) - “Engineering Solutions to Mitigate Logistics Changes on a Modular Project”, 8-Jan-2022 at IIT Hyderabad.• Complete Steel design of Modules including On-Site analysis, analysis for Land (SPMT) & Ocean (Barge) transportation, Connection design, and its pile foundations. • I have led various project in different phases such as Proposals, FEED and EPC with esteemed clients like Exxon, Shell, Pemex, Arcelor Mittal, Qatargas.• Focused on lean and efficient execution. This was achieved by eliminating waste from work processes and implementing automation tools, standard templates and lean execution work processes. • Recognized for value creation idea on Odoptu project which saved 350,000 USD for client. Idea was to eliminate of secondary steel spacer beams for cable tray supports at soffit level of all modules with some modifications in cable tray support arrangement.• Involved in Design philosophy integration with internal & external stakeholders (Engineering disciplines, Clients, logistics contractor & fabricator) to minimize the cycles of engineering. • Familiar with “Smart Model Transfer (SMT)” philosophy where 3D model is transferred for fabrication instead of 2D drawings.
