Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are status of current. - Walk Down: of hydro (service, visual, leak) test of Pipelines or Heat Exchangers, equipment installation (coupling alignment); with Commission of Completion Group; with Engineering Group by design issues; with Construction Group by punch item and progress update; for safety item of HSE.- HVAC: Inspection the system installation during construction to check conformity with plans and specifications. Checks performance after testing and balancing.- Monitoring workflow with status of each job and ensures all process are complying with requirements.- Ensure that all the materials purchased and processed for the manufacturing products are handled in a manner that ensures that no damage or deterioration occurs from the time of entry to the time of installation.- Witness Joint fit-up, Checks WPS and Welder Qualifications, check electrodes, weld process and pre-heat are consistent with WPS. -Perform Welding audit, checking that heat input values and inter-pass temperatures are maintained during the welding cycle.- Monitor contractor performance and review of documentation as work progresses will be required.
