  Specialist Deployment Engineer (Regional Function) Jan 2017 – Dec 2020 Successfully managed the Jazz first USF lot of North Waziristan Project, ensuring end-to-end site delivery, encompassing the installation, integration, and commissioning of solar power systems and telecommunications infrastructure.  Led the complete rollout of approximately 500+ telco sites Project, covering B2S (Build to Suit), sharing, and self-construction sites. Played a key role in the successful delivery of the Jazz Warid Merger (DSEURR Project) in the North region, overseeing MORAN activity on 744 sites and MOCN implementation on 2,721 sites within the MOCN area zone (MAZ). Executed the V-Sat Modernization Project, including the transition from KU to C band, TDM to IP conversion, and the smooth traffic shifting of remote sites from V-Sat media to BSCs.  Managed the U900 In-house Project, visiting approximately 100+ sites to perform U900 board addition and extraction activities and successfully implementing core end definitions. Project Controller (HQ Function) Apr 2016 – Dec 2016 Managed the vendor induction, finalized contracts, and ensured due diligence procedures were effectively carried out.  Handled the finalization of BOQs, initiated Purchase Requests (PR), and Purchase Orders (PO), along with diligent processing and follow-up. Oversaw nationwide project capitalization, involving the processing of service completion certificates, meticulous record-keeping, and efficient tracking of project progress. Contributed to budget planning, Purchase Order (PO) planning, and Capitalization planning to ensure effective financial management.
