Was financial manager for a large sensitive system acquisition from 1979 to 1986, Was named the first NSA Resources Manager of the Year in 1986. Attended Naval War College from 1987-1988. Chief of Resource Management at a field location from 1990 to 1993. Deputy Chief of Program and Budget from 1993 to my retirement in 1994.
