Our solution centered on the idea that constant monitoring would prevent cheating. What makes it even better and more innovative is that if CO2 emissions exceed international norms, financial penalties will be applied.• Collaborated with IOT engineers on the raspberry pi and MQTT parts• Developed a Kafka-powered system to monitor and record CO2 emissions from vehicles using IoT sensors, enhancing environmental oversight.• Integrated Blockchain for transparent and immutable recording of environmental data.• Implemented automatic penalties via Spark Streaming for vehicles exceeding CO2 emissions limits, with Ethereum-based transactions funding environmental initiatives.
