Primary Responsibilities:• Responsible for accruals across all Work Life Brands Products. Monitor and calculate cost impact by Category and Business unit due to changes in Freight, Tariff, Overhead. Provide accurate and timely updates and work with Finance, Sku central and Merchandising on updates.• Work closely with Global Sourcing teams on CPI Bids and provide impact by vendor, country and business unit. Utilize costing and analytical tools which drive consistency and accuracy and provide analysis for any potential sourcing shifts for specific categories. Process annually anywhere from 30-60 Bids, with multiple rounds and scenarios• Work with Global Sourcing, Product Development and Legal on execution of Manufacturing agreements, Vendor set up and compliance.• Manage Direct Import Program and facilitate the importation of non-Work Life Brands products where value is added by utilizing internal freight lanes. Execute CTPAT security program and follow through with factories on completion and passing. Work closely with merchants on assortment and timing of products. Oversee Customs Regulatory licenses for these products and serve as liaison between vendors and internal teams. • Oversee chargeback program for Work Life brands and recoup paybacks from vendors for Quality and Inspection, Factory Performance, RTV and other penalties.
