Led/participated to short term evaluation/training assignments in Montenegro, Kosovo and Estonia.As Evaluation Project Leader in Kosovo:in November 2000, in the aftermath of the war in ex-Yugoslavia, led a “joint” evaluation on the effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and relevance of 44 EU funded Income Generating Projects. Got acceptance on conceptual recommendations regarding these projects. Provided a full compliance risk assessment (8 compliance areas – 25 countries) in 18 months including an overall risk rating and positioning. from 2014 to Apr 2016, created the Change Management Training Module and led all plenary meetings for a group of 50+ professionals encompassing all partnering initiatives across the Company, with the aim to promote and implement Best Partnership Practices. As Head of Global Business Process Outsourcing, Finance:significantly transformed Transactional Finance & Procurement and transitioned 30 countries in 36 months. Drove all facets of the transformation engagement (Up to 220 Full Time Equivalents – worldwide scope). Completed the reorganization of the accounting department and the relevant recruitment plan. Led the Transactional Finance Outsourcing initial Business Case, participated to the selection of UCB's F&A Outsourcing Partner. Led a team of 40 people.
