  Manage a team of operations researchers and data analysts. Setup project intake and define leading practices for team to reason about, formulate solutions, and build applications to distribute solutions to the wider VCM stakeholders. Created a Pipeline Program statistical Monte Carlo model in order to better understand potential production loads at launch sites. Coded the API using FastAPI and Numpy. Deployed via posit connect with a separate Dash web app front end. Entire project set up with GitHub actions for automatic CI/CD. Create native in excel simulation tools using C# to help tactical inventory planning and communication between VCM and Site Procurement Leaders. Enabling better UX of decision optimization solutions by natively integrating LLMs using LangChain and RAG. In the process of developing uncertainty immunized Robust financial optimization models that will include all of our packaging and filling assets to guide better decision making in end to end network decisions. Including decisions pertaining to asset recapitalization, new asset investment, and ExM contract terms. Of which included up to Grade A sterile spaces. Planned and executed preventative maintenance plans. Introduced new vibration monitoring program to reduce breakdowns by detecting bearing faults and reduce MTTR.Developed a novel database tracking equipment components, wear parts, location, and service area using JavaScript/React, python, and postgresql.
